1 General Terms

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between 9ltd and all users of its platform. By creating an account, playing any game, placing bets, or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

This platform is only permitted for users aged 21 or older. Any account belonging to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and their balance may be forfeited. 9ltd may request identity verification at any time to confirm age.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or residential address. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Providing false or misleading information will result in account closure.
• If your information changes, you must notify the support team immediately.
• 9ltd may initiate an identity verification (KYC) process at any time.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, you must notify the support team immediately.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

9ltd provides fast and secure transactions through popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are protected by SSL encryption.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

9ltd currently supports the following payment methods:

• Nagad — The postal department's digital financial service.

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. There is no maximum deposit limit, however identity verification may be required for large deposit amounts.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Bonus examples:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳6,000 → ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳11,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example, for a ৳2,000 bonus, a total of ৳50,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposited funds.

4.3 VIP Program

By playing regularly on 9ltd, you can become a VIP member. VIP tiers and weekly cashback rates are listed below:

• Bronze — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Based on your playing progress, you can gradually advance to higher tiers. Each tier comes with special benefits and rewards.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

Abusing bonuses, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or attempting to obtain bonuses through any other fraudulent method will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonuses.

5 Betting Rules

9ltd offers various types of games and sports betting. All betting activities are conducted on the basis of fair and transparent rules.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

5.2 Bet Cancellation Conditions

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the related bet may be cancelled.
